LOL 6-Home

I am tired from a day of fighting yesterday and feeling pretty low on creativity and motivation. I do want to participate in LoL however so I will produce a list, as best as I can remember, of the places that I have lived as I think that is kinda interesting. These are in order.

-Born in Monmouth NJ and lived there for a bit

-Moved to Coriopolis, Pennsylvania: a small town just outside of Pittsburgh. This is where I have my earliest memories. Like finding a dead guy floating in the Ohio river that ran right in front of my house.

-Newark, Delaware: Besides Dow chemical and tax free shopping what can be said about Delaware? My brother was born there and my neighbor had a bitchin pool. We moved from there when I was 8.

-Chesterfield, Virginia: Just to the south of Richmond and essentially where I grew up. I celebrated my 9th birthday there, graduated high school there would eventually move back there when I got out of the Army.

-Richmond, Virginia: Not far from Chesterfield but it was my first time living on my own. I shared a hot, old, apartment with two other guys while I was busy droping out of school.

-Baltimore County, Maryland: I moved up to Maryland to be with my then girlfriend and when things did not work out I hung around for a bit and tried to get into school there. Eventually I joined the Army instead.

-Lawton, Oklahoma: Welcome to basic training, boy. Now start doing push ups.

-Bad Hersfeld, Germany: The smallest American duty station in Europe. Met alot of great people and traveled, traveled, traveled.

-Bamberg, Germany: After they shut down my first post in Germany ,during budget cuts, they shipped me here. Again a good duty station. I was in my first rock band here and bought a BMW. Again, I met some great folks and there were wacky shenanigans.

-Lawton, Oklahoma: Again. If it werent for some good friends and the SCA I would have killed someone in the last two years on my Army career. This is also where I got married the first time.

-Chesterfield, Va: Out of the Army and back home, also where I got serious about the SCA and started playing adult league hockey.

-Shortpump, Va: after the divorce I got an apartment in the Shortpump area when it was just starting to explode commercially. It was cool to watch.

-Henrico, Va: Ah the great house sharing experiment with my brother. This was actually a great time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Some fantastic stories from that year.

-Norfolk, Va: A quick assessment of GA and my relationship convinced me that I woud be moving to Norfolk and not the reverse. I was married to GA here, we bought a house and are looking forward to our first child. It is a magical place.

I hope this was at least marginally interesting.
More soon.
