Just a quick post to show off my 2 new lids.
The one on the left is a Sportmask goalie cage. It is also worn by Tim Thomas of the Boston Bruins and several of the guys know in beer league hockey. They all RAVE about them so when I found one for an absolute steal online I picked it up.
The pic on the right is a helm on loan to me from an friend not playing in the SCA anymore. I have wanted one of this style for awhile as it matches my time period more closely. I will likely only be wearing it in a Pas or crusader environment but it should be fun.

The helm is sorta a squinty representation of the lich king helm (slit-eyes) if you really squint and look sideways.. but cool, nonethe less
